Job Description
Who is this job perfect for
- Participate in design review process.
- Oversee construction lifecycle from mobilization to closeout.
- Prepare manage and update project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Review submittal and RFIs including subcontractor submissions for accuracy prior to submission to owner or designer of record.
- Act as lead for preconstruction and preplanning activities to ensure project is completed in accordance with the contract documents and within budgetary constraints.
- Project documentation processing to include daily reports pay applications submittals RFIs warranty information close out documents record drawings and all final release documents.
- Material buyouts and ordering to ensure project schedule is met.
- Candidate will act as liaison and manage all communications/ meetings between customer company and subcontractors.
- Financial oversite to include preparation of project forecasts and work in progress schedules as required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Responsible accountable and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience with hospital and healthcare projects.
- Experience with designbuild a plus
- Proficient in Primavera Microsoft Project Procore Excel Word Power Point Outlook Bluebeam is required.
- Experience with SQL Textura Honest Buildings Field Wire and similar Construction SW is highly desired.
- Relationship management with clients
- Supervision of subcontractors & vendors
- Willingness to manage projects at other sites a plus
- Construction trade skills a big plus
- MEP Engineering a big plus
