About the role
Were looking for individuals who are natural organisers who love multitasking to join our West NSW Branch area teams. These pivotal roles provide a comprehensive range of project and administrative support services including maintaining registers and routine databases providing secretariat support responding to enquires drafting correspondence and assisting with background research and analysis.
This role supports the role of the Team Leader Field Operations and works closely with the Area team to communicate key information management of due dates of tasks financial processing and monitoring recruitment and day to day administrative tasks. Youll also be relied upon to assist with financial and records management procurement routine correspondence meeting and event coordination HR administration and reporting. To ensure the smooth running of the Branch youll utilise your savvy business systems knowledge and superior organisational and communication skills.
About you
Youll be able to demonstrate your superior attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and provide project support within a busy and diverse work environment. Were keen to hear from you if have strong financial management and procurement skills people management and coordination skills and ideally have previous experience in a similar administration role with a strong working knowledge of business systems including procurement. Your communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other staff and stakeholders is also key to your success in this role.
