Job Description
CREDIT COORDINATOR (fixedterm 6month contract)

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
- Setting up and preparing new and existing customer credit documents for review
- Managing & auditing manual invoices daily and reviewing branch on hand count monthly
- Ensuring orders are released efficiently within set parameters and supporting Quebec and Western Canada with order releases
- Processing and reviewing approved credit limit changes account changes and customer ownership changes as per set parameters
- Ensuring required & completed documents are provided alongside managing customer maintenance forms
- Processing customer returns and issuing debits as required with GM approval
- Processing EFT payments and MCR (Miscellaneous Cash Receipt) and notifying branches of NSFs
- Ensuring collection notes are entered if promises are made
- Issuing invoices for miscellaneous transactions as requested
- Issuing approved invoices for miscellaneous transactions
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- PostSecondary education
- 2 years Credit experience
- Proficiency in Excel Outlook Word and Windows Applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Metrically based decision making experience
- Bilingual in English/French is required
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
