Located right on the waters edge with stunning views of the eastern foreshore The Peninsula Bar and Restaurant is a recently refurbished venue in the heart of Mandurah. Known for our relaxed coastal vibe quality food and great value The Pen is a favourite with locals and visitors alike.
What Were Looking For:
Were after a passionate and driven Sous Chef whos ready to step into a fastpaced highenergy kitchen. Someone who thrives on creativity enjoys collaboration and brings strong leadership to the team.
Ideally youll bring:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
- A love for food and commitment to delivering highquality dishes
- The ability to lead motivate and support the kitchen team
- A flair for innovation and menu creation
- Great communication skills and a teamfirst attitude
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the Head Chef in daytoday kitchen operations
- Playing a key role in menu development and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency
- Ensuring a clean safe and wellorganised kitchen
- Assisting with stock control ordering and cost management
