It is highly scalable and enables firms to fully customize their system to match their unique needs while centralizing operations from a unified platformall critical requirements for large law firms. With a strong EMEA presence and the potential to scale globally ShareDo brings deep expertise and a proven track record in servicing this segment.
About the FP&A team:
Our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team drives superior outcomes for Clio financial and beyond. We are currently in our scale up phase which presents a very unique time to join one of Canadas most successful tech companies and have an outsized impact from your efforts! We are on a mission to become a world class FP&A team. That means we work hard play for keeps and dedicate ourselves to making sure #TeamMoney thrives as we scale.
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. In this role you will work with the ShareDo team to deliver on our financial plans support strategic decisionmaking provide financial insight and help build operational rigor and efficiency.
This role is also available to candidates remotely across Canada (excluding Qubec).
What youll work on:
Budgeting and forecasting Drive monthly and quarterly financial forecast in Pigment ensuring accurate projections appropriate level of reporting analysis and communication.
Business partnering Develop positive partnerships with business partners and support the entire expense portfolio for ShareDo and collaborate to support forecast activity management of departmental budgets and to maintain optimization of resources.
Performance reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review presentations (including collecting formatting and analyzing information) and assist in presenting the materials to senior leadership teams.
Adhoc financial and operational analysis Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight business risks and opportunities for business units.
Business processes Become a subject matter expert on your areas business processes and highlight opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Improve business performance by providing insightful reports dashboards analyses and models Drive accountability for business results utilizing operational and financial metrics.
Monitor KPIs identify trends and proactively work with operational leaders on opportunities to grow the business.
Financial close Engage with the Accounting team to prepare / review journal entries related to Cloud Service Providers and R&D Software consumption.
What you bring:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. CA CPA CFA or MBA degree is a plus.
Experience:
35 years of experience in FP&A equity research investmentbanking orsimilar background. Deep understanding of bothfinancial and operationalmetrics.
Skills:
Selfstarter with strong analytical mindset financial modelingandreporting abilities. Curious and passionate about having an impact on the business.
Interestinunderstanding beyond the what as tothewhy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work. collaboratively across teams and to communicate effectively to audiences at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Experience with financial planning tools such as Pigment or similar is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
