British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Finance in Rome
Our Operations Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in and how the Finance teams work together to achieve outstanding business results.

What are we looking for
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Finance/Economics/Management or related area.
- A maximum of 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experience.
- Driven ambitious and proactive.
- An inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with business partners at all levels.
- Able to bring both an analytical attitude and a creative problemsolving & growth mindset approach.
- Leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Excel advanced level Microsoft Power Point advanced level.
