What is a Mental Health First Aider
Mental Health First Aiders are trained individuals who can provide support and guidance to team members who may be experiencing mental health challenges. They play a crucial role in promoting wellbeing and creating a supportive work environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing mental health issues.
