About the job

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Head of VM & Store experience and Senior Manager Store Experience in translating the Brand positioning and creative directors vision into VM & Store experience executions including impactful windows product presentation in store VM display tools and campaign related instore VM activations.
  • Support in the development and Implementation of Seasonal activations in close collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Deployment team to ensure the delivery of customer centric unique engaging and consistent Swarovski experiences and with the Instore VM team to ensure a 360 store experience.
  • Support in ensuring that all concepts tools and guidelines are developed in close collaboration with markets to ensure relevance alignment and effectiveness in addressing local needs and opportunities.
  • Support in enhancing the Swarovski customer journey by designing and deploying innovative window concepts campaign assets and instore communication strategies across retail networks.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders and direct support to Markets on all Seasonal implementations from Seasonal toolboxes to Asset and Guidelines deployment.
  • Support in overseeing external partners and agencies and in managing the entire process from briefing to final implementation to ensure timely and highquality delivery of seasonal campaigns instore.
