Job Description

Position Summary

This attorney is primarily responsible for supporting the organizations business objectives by providing sound legal counsel and advocacy commercial contract negotiation and strategic business support for Oxford Global Resources and its related entities. This is a fulltime onsite role based out of Beverly MA.

What We Offer

Responsibilities

  • Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts with a focus on clientbased master service agreements statements of work and similar vendor and employment related agreements;
  • Provide legal support on issues related to new business opportunities and contract strategy;
  • Aid senior attorneys support of human resources finance other backoffice departments with timely legal support involving research investigations counsel and dispute resolution;
  • Provide frontline support to the sales teams as needed throughout the day fielding inbound inquiries and requests with a focus on expediency and accuracy;
  • Assist with general legal matters to be assigned as company needs require including support of legal claims and litigation support;
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to support team members with shared workloads to identify risk areas and opportunities to propose mitigation and policy updates and to overall better enable the business;
  • Conduct other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

Skills

  • JD from accredited law school
  • Admission to the Bar in at least one jurisdiction
  • Willingness to learn everyday
  • Passion for navigating contract language closing deals and problem solving
  • Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Creative outgoing energetic person with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform all work as necessary or required by the business needs
