Job Description
Overview
This role also requires the cleaning packaging and labelling of parts for shipment and maintaining the cleaning equipment to be ready for use. Additionally some inspection of parts and assemblies using microscope and precision measuring instruments and gauges as primary inspection tools.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and drying of parts from production to prepare for final inspection
- Refilling and maintaining cleaning tanks daily and as needed
- Testing the cleaning tanks for pH and ultrasonic measurement compliance daily/weekly
- Counting packing and labelling of parts for shipment or stock
- Visual inspection under microscope / Dimensional measurements using precision gauges
- Complete paperwork as required for closure of work order steps
Required Qualifications
- Detailoriented individual required
- Possess some problemsolving skills
- Exhibit basic written and oral communication skills in English.
- Must read and follow written work instructions in English.
- Must be capable of basic operations/use of computer.
- Some experience with MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with optical measuring equipment.
- Experience using a microscope.
- Medical device inspection experience.
- Experience with Good Documentation Practices.
- High school degree.

Hourly Rate $18.00 $20.00
