We are seeking a Senior support worker to join our Service in Birkenhead.

What youll be doing:

• The people we support are adults who may have learning disabilities challenging behaviours and or mental health needs
• Support 11 and continue to promote positive wellbeing.
• participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• They maintain and develop their community links and access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
• Work closely alongside management and staff members to support when required.
• Willing to be flexible as shift rota can include between 08.00am 10.00pm with every other weekend off
• Be part of the oncall rota 3 times per week unless management is on annual leave then could be between 37 days shared equally
• This is within a busy vibrant residential service.

• Able to work independently multitask organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Enthusiastic at building relationships and influencing at all levels internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner handson and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
