Project ManagerWhat does a successful Project Manager do at Fiserv
As a Project Manager at Fiserv you will oversee multiple projects and ensure they are executed successfully aligning with Fiservs strategic goals and client expectations. You will be a key player in managing the overall program strategy ensuring resources are effectively allocated and timelines and budgets are met. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will drive innovation and operational excellence across various program initiatives contributing to Fiservs mission of providing innovative financial services solutions.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the program ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Develop and implement program strategies plans and schedules to drive successful project .
- Coordinate resources and activities across program initiatives to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Monitor program progress and performance ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and on budget.
- Facilitate regular program reviews providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Foster a collaborative environment working closely with project managers team members and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in program management.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience.
- 7 years of experience in program management leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- 7 years of experience with project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- 6 years of experience managing crossfunctional teams and coordinating resources.
- Proven track record in driving successful project and program .
What would be great to have:
- Certification in program management (PgMP) or other project management certification (PMP).
- 7 years of experience working in the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Experience with program management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Trello).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Salary Range:
$76100.00$103300.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
