We are looking for great Business Developers /ClientExecutivesto reach out and work closely with hundreds of the best tech companies in the country.
OUR CLIENT
Our client is a recognized startup with an already impressive success story beside its young age; soon to be leader in its field growing quickly with resources & solid management team to support such growth they are looking for high tech Talented Recruiter to develop their branch in Paris
THE ROLE
Build and manage a portfolio of innovative tech companies and support them in their use of the company for the hiring of their software engineering team.
Manage a growing portfolio ofclientsand deliver great recruitment service and education to improve their hiring success on the marketplace.
Provide demos of our solutions and be attentive and reactive to the needs of allclients.
Liasie with high volume ofclientssigning up directly on the platform.
Work closely withclientsto identify their hiring needs and help them with all aspects of their hiring processes from first interviews to signature of work contracts.
YOU
Fluent in English fluent in French
Working experience in recruitment ideally in IT / Tech market
Great presentation and communication skills
Ability to create great relationships with C level
Knowledge of a startup environment
High attention to detail and very organized
A passion to work in a fast growing company that is disrupting the recruiting industry
