Ready to hire our team for Camillus NY Little Lukes inclusion preschool. Hiring a dynamic leader with exceptional organizational and people skills for the vital Assistant Director role. Experience in preschool OCFS regulated daycare inclusion setting and administrative role preferred.
- Responsible for all program operations and ensure that they support the philosophy of the organization.
- Recruit orient supervise train and develop the team. Ensure a positive team atmosphere.
- Develop and regularly monitor systems to ensure all quality assurance practices; regulatory agency requirements; timely and comprehensive child and family intake; meeting concerns and needs of participating families.
