We are looking for aSenior Project Managerto join our Process Solutionsteam in Switzerland.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Plan delegate and coordinate project tasks across engineering and other departments
- Oversee technical financial schedule and quality aspects ensuring alignment with KPIs and ESH standards
- Ensure compliance with all contractual project requirements and obligations
- Monitor project performance proactively managing risks scope changes and resource needs
- Maintain uptodate financial tracking (SAP) issue invoices and follow up on payments
- Ensure timely decisionmaking and swift resolution of project issues
- Optimize costs and cash flow without compromising quality or schedule
- Report project progress and performance to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
- Manage guarantee cases and ensure full compliance with change management procedures
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience: 7 years in project management and engineering within process plants (Oil & Gas chemicals pharma)
- Education: Masters degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Certifications: PMPor IPMAis a plus
- Languages: English required; German or French is a plus
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in project delivery engineering interfaces and crossdepartment coordination
- Soft Skills: Team leadership communication and ability to work in multicultural environments
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project) and SAP
