Within Advisory PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work proactively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks including policies standards and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to national and international AI standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate ethical legal and reputational risks associated with AI usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineers data scientists product managers) to integrate AI governance principles into project development and deployment processes.
- Effectively communicate complex AI governance issues to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Lead capacitybuilding initiatives focused on emerging technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI policies and recommend necessary adjustments.
Mandatory skill sets:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in emerging technologies or AI with at least 2 years focused on developing and implementing policy frameworks particularly in technology and data protection.
- Strong understanding of emerging technology principles strategies and trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving capabilities with a creative and strategic approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to emerging technologies in India.
Preferred skill sets:
- Experience in public policy development strategic planning and government scheme design.
- Prior experience in a consulting role working with government agencies.
Years of experience required:
10 to 15 years

B.E. / . / Masters in information technology computer science or a related field.
