Varied Shifts/ PRN

Efficiently and safely transports Financial and Administrative Documents packages medical specimens materials and/or personnel on a scheduled route in a personable manner interacting with others using GVALHI toward our internal and external customers. Performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid drivers license clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery related occupation preferred.
• Must be able to read write and follow instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (Sedentary) 110 lbs 033 of the work day (occasionally) negligible 3466 of the workday (frequently) negligible 67100 of the workday (constantly). Lifting 10 lbs max carrying of small articles such as dockets ledgers files small tools. occasional standing & walking frequent sitting close eye work (computers typing reading writing) Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks .

Environmental exposures include but are not limited to: Bloodborne pathogen exposure Biohazardous waste. chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors communicable disease electrical shock floor surfaces hot/cold temperatures indoor/outdoor conditions latex lighting patient care/handling injuries radiation shift work travel may be required use of personal protective equipment including respirators environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
