Job Description

Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Write and review project documentation in UK English.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing with Idemia partners and customers as per project assignment.
- Manage all project documentation needs including drafting reviewing and submitting documents in various formats such as Word Excel PowerPoint or SharePoint.
- Participate in meetings and take minutes to ensure project continuity.
- Work rigorously paying attention to detail and ensure information is correct and validated before use.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (mandatory).
- Proficiency in UK English at C1 level.
- Proven experience in similar roles such as administrative assistant document reviewer or process coordinator.
- Passion for perfection and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Focus on process adherence ensuring all steps are followed.
- Genuine interest in digital tools and technologies.
- Selfmotivated with strong problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and dependability in managing documents for various stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project Trello or Asana.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Experience in an international work environment.
