Delivery tracking & coordination : Download EPOD from vendor central Coordination for POD (Proof of delivery) and IBC (invoice box count) from GS team.
Vendor Return Management :
Return order creations validations & coordination with Distribution centers for customer returns.
Creation of workon processing of CQS AF & issue of Credit note.
Commercial:
Account Receivable coordination : Outstanding Overdue Reconciliation Credit limit & credit note management
Customer related Product Quantity Variance (PQV) & Product Price Variance (PPV) reconciliation with KAM
MIS
Ecom dashboard updates Tracker End to End order to delivery.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Engineering (BE or BTech) or Post graduate from Operation management
Minimum 2 years work experience in order management and Planning.
Additional Information :
Expert Knowledge :Order to Cash(Online business and traditional business) Customer order fulfillment.
Technical Skills : SAP (SD) EDI order process.
Business Models : Online Ecom) & Trade channel.
