Bosch Connected Industry (BCI) China team as internal entrepreneurial business unit of Bosch is looking for in upright talented enthusiastic and careerminded individuals to join China sales organization where you will have the opportunity work with the acknowledged leader in the incredibly dynamic BPS consulting service and industry 4.0 solution area. As the single contact of BCI China external market the candidate will be responsible for entire BCI portfolio selling to the customers at discrete industry. Our vision is to be the partner of Chinese customers to achieve smart manufacturing by utilizing Bosch experience at manufacturing and logistic area. The candidate will be the key member of this fantastic journey and the right candidate will be highlighted respected and authorized to explore the market with great support from BCI. In order to accelerate business growth BCI China will hire sales engineer for key accounts.
Essential Responsibilities
Achieve assigned order and revenue target by selling BCI complete line of solutions and consulting services to external customers.
Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and achieve BCI sales requirement with pipeline rolling forecast.
Close teamwork with related sales force in other divisions by leveraging existing customer resource from other divisions.
Utilize added value and customer centric selling concept to customize BCI and Bosch solution and service portfolio to meet customers diverse needs.
Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with customers/prospects set up and maintain annual key sales plan with concrete SWOT analysis win strategy and SOE plan.
Drive and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the potential prospect and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close.
Investigate and understand the internal business processes related to entire sales cycle.
Build highlevel executive/SVP relationship and longterm partnership.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job
Working experience of cross department (sales/purchasing) in global account.
Solid experience of discrete manufacturing industry especially in automotive and electronics industry.
Fast learning capability and selfmotivated sprint
Customer centric selling and large accounts development skillset.
Ability to work under pressure and remain focused in confrontational situations.
Willing to travel with highefficiency result.
Fluent in English experience of studying or working abroad.
