Observe gaming and nongaming activity by monitoring electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws procedures regulations and rules and protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Observe document and report any variances to the company internal controls policies and procedures money handling activityand all state and federal regulations
- Complete daily audits of department activity duty logs and cooperate with departments during investigations;
- Continuously monitor CCTV;
- Ensure that the integrity and confidentiality in the department is maintained;
- Maintain a team approach to all shift activities;
- Record and observe all casino games count room slots casino cage and nongaming areas;
- Must possess a working knowledge of all casino games policies and procedures card counting techniques and having a working knowledge of different cheating techniques;
- Write detailed investigative reports;
- Effectively communicate with all departments;
- Other jobrelated duties as assigned;
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary SelfExclusion Program as described in Section A of the Illinois Gaming Board Minimum Internal Control Standards.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School/GED
- 0 months 1year related experience
Preferred:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of all Casino Games.
- Knowledge of CCTV system working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Exposed to smoke bright lights loud noise
- Able to climb stoop bend and lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Salary Range:
$17.10 $18.00
