Reporting to the Product and Legislative Assurance Manager the Product Support Specialist undertakes the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with production rooms to investigate product quality issues leveraging product knowledge to provide handson practical troubleshooting support across manufacturing facilities.
  • Collect and analyze data on quality complaints and nonconformances providing findings and recommendations to stakeholders (e.g. manufacturing demand retail senior management) and issue product quality advisories as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation maintenance and documentation of quality programs providing input and supporting change management efforts.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop methods for assessing product quality and establishing quality specifications alongside maintaining the UK and NA manufacturing sample library.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional reviews of test batches and ensure proper documentation throughout the test batching process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SOPs identify areas of need and ensure they are thorough adaptable and feasible for use in production rooms.
  • Conduct training for production room staff and management teams on an asneeded basis ensuring adherence to established systems and addressing any gaps to ensure compliance with processes.
  • Coordinate and support thirdparty and internal audits ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Support raw material quality assessments including organoleptic and laboratory testing as needed.
  • Engage with Rooms and R&D to support R&D troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities including quality assurance and quality control tasks as required to support the needs of the business.

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 4 years experience in Lush as a compounder and/or room management
  • Proven product knowledge experience
  • Strong investigation skills with a curious mindset to assess situations identify issues and develop solutions that result in efficiencies or process improvements
  • Good understanding and demonstrated application of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated; works well individually and as a team player
  • Has experience coordinating multiple details to stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Positive cando attitude
  • Organised and dependable

Preferred:

  • Presentation and training skills
