About the Role

Successfully drive and deliver Public Sector DoIt and Lexxic group large projects. This is an opportunity for someone who brings a confident professional approach and enjoys working in a space where meaningful conversations lead to real change.


What Youll Do

  • Managing specific client contract training delivery (first 69 months MoJ focus)
  • Planning and delivering training online or face to face to target audiences where required relating to Neurodiversity and the use of DoIT Profiler to Clients (first 69 months MoJ focus).
  • Working with the clients team to ensure training is undertaken to meet the mobilisation plan and Client expectations (first 69 months MoJ focus).
  • Development and implementation of new training programmes consulting and coaching relating to Neurodiversity and the use of DoIT Profiler in Public Sector e.g. NHS.
  • Completing relevant paperwork for delivery of training projects and liaising with the relevant internal members of the team where required.
  • Seeking ways to extend current contracts for clients where appropriate
    Supporting the broader teams at Lexxic/DoIT. Foster alignment by collaboration to ensure a cohesive approach to thought best practice training/consulting and revenue generation
