Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with client and introducer updates.
- Preparing and issuing Draft Contracts on property sales.
- Drafting financial statements for sales transactions.
- Handling redemption statements from lenders.
- Managing and diarising enquiries purchase contracts and replies.
- Supporting with exchanges completion letters and financial packs.
- Providing essential administrative support to conveyancers.
The Candidate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and teamoriented approach to work.
