Job Description
Cronos Europa is looking for a Bid Manager / Digital Communications to lead the full tender lifecycle for EU Institutional clients and drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
As a Bid Manager youll be responsible for securing new business by managing endtoend EU tender processes. This includes identifying opportunities coordinating proposal efforts and overseeing final submissions.
Working closely with sales legal finance and delivery teams youll:
- Analyze client needs from tender documents.
- Develop outlines timelines and ensure smooth proposal development.
- Draft clear and compelling content showcasing Cronos Europas strengths.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and technical requirements.
- Support postbid reviews to improve future responses.
Technical skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing and coordinating EU institutional tenders.
- Solid understanding of EU institutions and policies.
- Familiarity with digital communication trends and platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM or bid management tools is a plus.
Profile:
- University degree in Economics Business Communication European Studies Political Science or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of French is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
- Autonomous proactive and solutionoriented.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
