Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a millwork woodworking cabinetry production management position
Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Oversee all aspects of millwork production ensuring efficiency quality and timely completion of projects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor shop employees including carpenters machinists and finishers while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Scheduling & Workflow: Plan coordinate and prioritize production schedules ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes ensuring products meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations maintain OSHA compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Material & Equipment Management: Oversee inventory levels order materials and ensure proper maintenance of tools and machinery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements cost reduction and innovation in production methods.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers project managers and clients to ensure projects meet specifications and expectations.
