About you
As the Mobile Building Engineer (FLEET VEHICLE PROVIDED) you are familiar with maintenance systems and equipment. You bring strong organizational skills a customercentric approach and a positive outlook to everything you do.
Youll be responsible for preventative maintenance necessary maintenance and most repairs to the buildings mechanical electrical HVAC and plumbing systems ensuring the systems are running efficiently and to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties. You will respond to client requests prioritize complete work orders and follow up to ensure minimal downtime and communication.
What youll bring
- At least 3 years experience in building/property maintenance or engineering experience
- CFC Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance electrical plumbing and other building mechanical equipment.
- Flexibility to be oncall to respond to afterhours / weekend emergency requests.
- A valid drivers license.
- Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
Bonus Skills and Experience
- Holding any necessary/required licenses based on building and jurisdictional requirements.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- General maintenance skills.
Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $23/hour $30/hour
Location: Grand Junction CO
Our hourly ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.

Employees can enroll in our companys 401k plan which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15days vacation annually. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for nonbirth parents including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
