Job Description
An awardwinning and wellestablished law firm in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to handle highquality work within a friendly ambitious and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
Advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property
Drafting and negotiating leases licences and other propertyrelated documents
Handling property finance and development site acquisitions
Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and CQS standards
Supporting and mentoring junior team members (where applicable)
Participating in networking and business development initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years PQE in commercial property
Confident in running transactions independently with minimal supervision
Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator with a clientfocused and commercially aware approach
Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
A proactive team player who remains calm under pressure
Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
