Position Summary
We seek visionary professionals with a deep understanding of the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) framework. The ideal candidate will excel in curriculum planning delivery assessment and educational leadership across various levels (Primary Lower Secondary IGCSE AS and amp; A Levels).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engaging and highquality instruction that meets Cambridge curriculum standards.
- Create innovative lesson plans assessments and learning materials according to CAIE guidelines.
- Guide and prepare students for internal assessments and Cambridge board examinations.
- Offer academic leadership and mentorship to teaching staff.
- Collaborate with school leaders on curriculum development and teaching enhancements.
- Implement studentcentric teaching methods to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to Cambridge academic standards and assessment protocols.
- Facilitate professional development workshops and teacher training sessions.
- Analyze academic performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Engage with parents and the school community to build strong academic support systems.
Preferred Expertise Areas
- English Mathematics Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) Business Studies Economics ICT Global Perspectives Environmental Management and other core Cambridge subjects.
- Curriculum Coordinators Academic Heads and Exam Officers with CAIE experience are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and amp; Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in the relevant subject area or Education.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in teaching or administrating the Cambridge curriculum.
- Certifications: Certification in Cambridge International Training (preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal leadership and classroom management skills.
- Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching to different learning styles and levels.
