Role Overview
This fulltime permanent position offers a comprehensive architectural role encompassing design development project coordination and client liaison. Based in a vibrant Central London studio the position operates under a flexible hybrid working policy requiring a minimum of two office days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development:
Assist in developing creative technically sound design solutions that meet client aspirations and industry standards.
Support the coordination of structural MEP and specialist design elements into cohesive project plans.
Contribute to internal design reviews and prepare highquality presentation materials.
Stay informed on construction legislation and technical advancements through continuous professional development (CPD).
Project Support:
Collaborate with project teams across all RIBA Plan of Work stages 0 7 from inception to completion.
Assist in managing key project elements including briefs budgets timelines and deliverables such as drawings schedules and reports.
Participate in design meetings workshops and presentations.
Technical Contribution:
Prepare and develop drawings models images and other documents relating to the design.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into design and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with project CAD/BIM plans and standardized documentation.
Professional Development:
Engage in CPD activities and maintain records in line with RIBA requirements.

Requirements
RIBA Part II qualification (or equivalent).
Strong design and technical skills with a robust portfolio showcasing relevant experience.
Proficiency in industrystandard software including Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
Excellent communication skills (spoken written and graphical) and a proactive teamoriented mindset.
