Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assemble throughhole and SMT components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) by hand
-
Interpret and work from electrical schematics wiring diagrams and mechanical design documents
-
Use a variety of hand and power tools including soldering irons wire strippers/crimpers and desoldering equipment
-
Handle and identify electronic components such as resistors capacitors transistors transformers connectors and PCBs
-
Follow ESD handling procedures and safety protocols
-
Lift or move components and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance
Qualifications:
-
2 4 years of relevant experience in electronic assembly
-
Strong knowledge of SMT and throughhole component assembly
-
Familiarity with ESD procedures and safe handling practices
-
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
-
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
-
Detailoriented with strong manual dexterity and focus
