Job Description

MalaceHR is currently seeking a skilled SMT Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience assembling electronic circuit boards using both throughhole and surface mount (SMT) technology. This is a great opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment with a team dedicated to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble throughhole and SMT components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) by hand

  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics wiring diagrams and mechanical design documents

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools including soldering irons wire strippers/crimpers and desoldering equipment

  • Handle and identify electronic components such as resistors capacitors transistors transformers connectors and PCBs

  • Follow ESD handling procedures and safety protocols

  • Lift or move components and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance

Qualifications:

  • 2 4 years of relevant experience in electronic assembly

  • Strong knowledge of SMT and throughhole component assembly

  • Familiarity with ESD procedures and safe handling practices

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

  • Detailoriented with strong manual dexterity and focus
