One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a trusted leader in the HVAC industry providing homeowners with topquality heating cooling and ventilation services. We are committed to excellence customer satisfaction and a teamoriented work environment. We seek an Experienced Service Technician to join our expanding and enthusiastic team.
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with 13 years of handson experience diagnosing repairing and maintaining residential HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on residential HVAC systems such as furnaces heat pumps and more
- Conduct routine maintenance and tuneups to ensure optimal system performance
- Install and replace HVAC components as needed
- Accurately document service calls repairs and recommendations with our dispatch team
- Educate customers on system operation maintenance and energy efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a professional and customerfocused approach at all times
- 13 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to effectively explain technical issues clearly and professionally to homeowners.
- Ability to lift carry and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NATE Certification
- Sales experience
