Job Summary:
As a Slot Technicians Shift Manager you will oversee all aspects of the electronic gaming devices (EGDs) including but not limited to inventory levels budgeting demands regulatory requirements and team member performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a funfilled entertaining atmosphere
Enthusiastically promote Ballys customercentric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building longlasting guest relations
Manage all aspects of slot technical needs including but not limited to safeguarding maintain repairing and monitoring all EGDs
Establish implement and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements Company initiatives and organizational goals
Communicate and work closely with the Director vendors suppliers and team members to execute slot projects such as machine moves equipment installations and equipment upgrades
Collaborate with the Director to develop and provide complete ROI analysis when recommending new slot purchases or upgrades
Mentor team members to provide superior guest service
Represent the department at all official functions and company events including committee and staff meetings
Develop and maintain a welcoming safe professional and friendly work environment
Select train and develop team members through education training coaching and corrective action
Oversee the overall integrity of slot games
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
High school or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree is preferred
Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations
Must have five years of experience in slot operations particularly in a leadership role
Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment
Strong organizational planning and supervisory skills are required
Must have open work availability to work nights weekends and holidays

Target Salary Range: $55000 $60000 per year
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally required to move or push up to 500 pounds
Frequently required to push kneel climb stoop bend and twist as well as reach overhead
Requires visual acuity to perform closeup activities and peripheral oversight
Requires manual dexterity to conduct repairs on slot machines
Work Environment:
In this work environment you may be exposed to bright lights loud noise and stressful situations.
