TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in the Houston TX 77066 area!
TMD Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Houston TX 77066! If you have a strong background in administrative support within the oil and gas industry and thrive in a dynamic office environment we want to hear from you!
WORK ENVIRONMENT:InPerson
PAY RATE:$20.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full Time; MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
ADMIN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls
- Provide exceptional customer service including communication updates with clients as needed.
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Able to create Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with creating reports for President along with assisting other departments
ADMIN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of administrative support experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literate. (Word Excel Outlook etc.
- Strong customer service grammar and communication skills.
