- Provide a safe clean and loving environment for infants.
- Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers providing regular updates on their childs progress and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of each childs development and care.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall wellbeing and growth of the children.
- Follow all state licensing regulations and daycare policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants in a daycare preschool or similar setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry infants and engage in physical activities.
- Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.
