Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8 years of software testing experience in Agile and hybrid projects
- 5 years in test leadership roles on largescale system implementation projects
- Experience with pension administration systems or similar financial/benefits applications
- Experience with data migration testing for financial or memberbased systems
- Previous involvement in legacy modernization projects
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of test management tools (ADO ALM Jira)
- Handson experience with test automation frameworks and implementation methods (Tosca UFT Selenium)
- Strong understanding of SQL and data validation techniques and test data management tools (Tonic Delphix)
- Handson experience with performance testing tools and methodologies (LoadRunner Virtuoso Neoload)
- Proficiency with various software development lifecycles supporting methodologies (Agile Hybrid)
- Technical experience with evaluation of the cloudbased applications
- Cloudbased pension administration technology stack data and ETL processes test automation.
Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of pension administration and payouts business processes
- Familiarity with pension calculations and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of financial processing and reconciliation concepts
- Experience with member management and selfservice systems
Leadership Skills
- Ability to effectively manage and mentor large offshore team across multiple testing disciplines and workstreams
- Adequate verbal and written communication skills required to communicate to stakeholders business and technical teams
- Problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and make decisions under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent
- Experience with Canadian / U.S. pension administration software platforms
- Strong experience with Agile implementation for largescale projects
