Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: New York NY
Experience: 815 years in MEP design
Salary: Competitive
Key Qualifications:
Team Leadership Manage engineers designers and CAD operators.
Project Management Engineer of record for $5M$75M infrastructure projects.
HVAC & Mechanical Systems Expertise in boilers chillers air handling BMS upgrades electrical conversions and piping.
Design & Documentation Develop engineering calculations HVAC load analysis and construction drawings.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination Work with architects contractors and government agencies (DASNY CUNY OGS).
NYC/NYS Code Knowledge Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Education & License BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering NYS PE License required.
