The Opportunity/Role
We are currently recruiting for an Fabrication Operator to work in our forever growing manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
fabrication of plastic fittings ensuring product is produced and packaged in accordance with the Production programme and Safe Systems of Work.
Key responsibilities will include:
Produce the required product operating within Company Policies and procedures including Health & Safety Quality Technical and Manufacturing Administration.
Maintain production and quality documents.
Be responsible for a high level of housekeeping in the work area.
Work as part of a team.
Be flexible throughout the factory to satisfy the production demands.
Be involved with nonconformance activities to improve the finished product.
Continually strive to improve the working environment and production processes.
Shifts: Monday Friday 6.30am 2.30pm 2.30pm 10.30pm (rotating weekly)
Pay: 27200 per annum 3100 per annum shift allowance
Skills & experience
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience in butt welding and using machine saws would be a distinct advantage
Technical understanding preferred
Ability to work to deadlines
Selfdisciplined with the ability to set and maintain high standards
Motivated to create a safe environment
