Manage the operation of the LMU Food pantry. This includes managing the acquisition of food and ensuring consistent stocking of food and ensuring health standards are followed and maintained. Work regularly with nonprofit partners who provide fresh produce and other fresh items for the pantry.
Manage the operations CSAs vehicle fleet. Oversee van usage request form that students faculty and staff can utilize for community service and social justice related activities. Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance to ensure proper maintenance and functionality of fleet with Risk Management to ensure new driver certification processes are followed and records about LMU community members vehicle certification requirements are maintained.
Coordinate the daytoday management of the student staff in the Center. This includes the hiring supervision scheduling professional development and training of 30 student staff annually. Schedule student support staff to provide optimal coverage for daily and peak operating periods.
As a member of the community and academic engagement team manage the logistical aspects of Center for Service and Action programming for large onetime events such as The Community Service Fair Community Service effective project communication plans and processes and ensure their .
Under the supervision of the Director manages budgeting processes and forecasting for the Center. The position will also support all staff in the completion of all financial processes such as check requests wire transfers and deposits.
Manage all the operations of the dynamic Center for Service and Action Office Suite adjacent LMU food pantry space and auxiliary storage facilities in University Hall. Oversee the continual and comprehensive maintenance of a complex professional workspace environment. Ensure adequate supplies are on hand and that appropriate setup for meetings activities and events are followed through on.
Manage CSAs technology inventory purchasing and training needs (i.e. hardware software and platforms).
Design and produce informational and marketing materials for the Pam Rector Center for Service and Action including the management of CSAs LMU website CSAs social media platforms a variety of brochures and annual reports as needed.
Serve on Student Affairs and Universitywide Committees as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Typically a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge skills and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
Minimum 4 years of operations and administrative experience in an education environment.
Experience with project management.
Ability to plan organize and execute on event operations and oversee the administrative needs of an office environment; work under deadlines and maintain a detailoriented approach to each task; ability to prioritize the flow of work on a daily basis; ability to prepare reports and other documents efficiently.
A desire and ability to lead and mentor students.
Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with diverse populations ina multiculturalenvironment.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
A sense of humor and a desire to be a part of a team that serves students and nonprofit community partners.
