Sales & Lettings Valuer Newcastle 32500pa OTE Uncapped
Based in the heart of Newcastle city centre this leading Estate Agency now seeks an experienced Valuer to work across the city in both Sales and Lettings.
This is an exciting role for someone who really knows the city and everything it has to offer as you will be out and about every day.
Estate Agency experience is essential in this role as is a proven track record of winning new instructions.
Whats in it for you
- 28000pa
- 32500pa OTE Uncapped
- 23 days leave plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days after 2 years
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am to 2:00pm four hours to be taken in lieu following week

What you will be doing
- Attending Valuation appointments with Vendors and Landlords ultimately winning the instruction
- Preparing marketing material and ensuring compliance
- Generating new business opportunities by using and developing your professionalnetwork
- Assisting both the Sales and Lettings teams when needed
- Meeting agreed targets across the business
What you will have
- Estate Agency experience is essential
- A proven track record of Valuations and winning new instructions
- A team player with a focus on delivery and customer success
- A full UK driving license and access to your own car (mileage will be paid)
