A bachelors degree in a related field OR
Two 2 years experience in health & fitness recreation or customer service
One 1 year of leadership experience
Additional experience in aquatics youth programming or strength & conditioning is a plus
CPR certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills
Computer savvyMicrosoft Office ; familiarity with membership and POS systems a plus
A team player with a professional cando attitude!
What you will be doing:
As our Member Services Supervisor youll be the goto for all things memberfacingmaking sure guests are welcomed warmly operations run like clockwork and staff feel supported and inspired. Heres a glimpse into your daytoday:
Supervise the daytoday operations and staff in assigned areas including front desk membership and accounts receivable
Assist leadership with updating policies and ensuring they align with industry standards
Act as the lead point of contact for member concerns escalations and service recovery efforts
Develop and organize programs that keep our members engaged and excited
Support membership growth and retention through exceptional service and creative initiatives
Lead the hiring training evaluations and scheduling of staff
Maintain a highfunctioning safe and welcoming environment across assigned areas
Champion outstanding customer service and lead by example
Manage departmental budgets identify costeffective solutions and recommend improvements to streamline operations within budget guidelines
Coordinate software website updates and communications relevant to your area
