Job Description

University of Iowa Health Care presents an opportunity for an emerging nurse leader to join our team as an Assistant Nurse Manager. The Assistant Nurse Manager Hybrid supporting Preop Phase 1 & Phase 2 recovery manages direct patient care nursing functions to ensure quality care efficient operations ongoing staff education all partner toward organizational goals. Positions in this job family will have direct patient care responsibilities.

Pay Grade: 5A
Percent of Time: 100
Schedule: Monday Friday primary between the hours of. Some flexibility with hours may be optional. Additional flexibility to meet management objectives may be required.
Location: University Campus
