Job Description
Your responsibilities
- You are the contact person for the customers in the Business Unit Combustion Engines as well as internal departments in case of technical problems for all servicerelevant technical topics around diagnostic tools including their licensing
- You provide support to the service personnel on machines on site 2nd level support) for diagnosing faults and isolating errors (remote diagnosis on known Business Unit Combustion Engines diagnostic tools)
- You are responsible for and coordinate the troubleshooting actions at assigned customers (OEMs)
- You participate in the development of the troubleshoot advisor
- You define document and monitor all technical damage focal points
- You configure and prepare technical issues for handover to the specialist departments
- You assist the OEM in creating DPF code and quick upload activations
- You coordinate administer and maintain the license and DPF database with the various departments of the Liebherr Group
- You act as the Key User for the Customer service Sharepoint
- You support the creation and documentation of servicerelevant technical customer notifications service information product notifications and more
- You provide support for the customer service hotline
- You assist with technical service training for the diagnostic tool area (onthejob training)
Your profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery truck or construction machinery mechanic
- You have experience as technician or engineer in the field of mechanical engineering vehicle technology or industrial engineering or have a similar qualification desirable. An additional training as a diagnostician or mechatronics technician would be an advantage
- You have very good knowledge of diesel and/or gas engines and/or software electronics or exhaust gas aftertreatment systems
- You have experience in the field of service assignments
- You are proficient in German good knowledge of English would be an asset
- You have excellent skills in MS Office MS Sharepoint and tools such as Diagnostic Tool / Lidia Sculi
- You have excellent knowledge of database administration on various systems
