What a Typical Day Could Look Like
As the Acquisitions Analyst youll play a key role in Kairois growth by providing essential analytical and due diligence support. Youll underwrite new investment opportunities conduct market research and collaborate with the asset management team to ensure financial data integrity. You will be a vital part of a closeknit highperforming team join us and make an impact on the future of Kairoi!
You are the Data Pro!
- Team up with the investment crew to manage and expand powerful databases that uncover new gamechanging investment opportunities!
- Dive deep into demographic economic and market data transforming insights into strategic highimpact recommendations.
- Take charge of due diligenceconducting indepth research building financial models and jumping into crucial meetings with travel opportunities when needed.
You are the Closing Specialist!
- Youll assist with the closing process of acquisitions and asset dispositions mastering deal structuring agreements and financial reviews.
- You will also act as a liaison with owners legal counsel and contractors ensuring seamless transactions.
- Support asset managers by preparing detailed investment reports budgets and business planswhile also participating in investor calls and working closely with property operations to achieve strong results.

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Must have a valid drivers license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
