The incumbent is responsible for supporting the achievement of the Banks information security objectives of integrity confidentiality/privacy availability and continuity by:
Ensuring logical access control is effectively implemented across the Enterprise
Addressing logical access and risks commensurate with the Banks risk appetite
Providing support for logical access such as AD LDAP workstation local admin vFilers privileged access toxic combinations (i.e. SOD) etc. for applications and platforms
Supporting the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls
Is this role right for youIn this role you will:
Work with business stakeholders in order to define and document Logical Access Control Matrices and related documents
Continuously provides value and consistency added to the user and customer experience by improvising workflows associated with banks onboarding and Logical Access platforms
Perform required tasks for Logical Access Control; tasks relevant to Identity & Access Management including access request access provision/deprovision communication and documentation of operational processes and procedures etc.
Review and resolve IDM conflicts
Process Add/remove/change activities and provide support on access issues for:
ScotiaID Windows ID (Active Directory) and Exchange/Notes mailbox requests
AD Security Groups Distribution Lists Group Mailboxes
Service Accounts
LAA Access
Local Workstation Administration
Utilize troubleshooting skills to understand moderately complex systems/issues and potential root causes
Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support when required
Provide reports and data as requested for audits and walkthroughs of internal controls GIAM ILM owned processes
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this roleWed love to work with you if you have:
Experience in managing users user permissions in Active Directory and LDAP systems
Experience with SailPoint Centrify/ similar PAM solution for ID/User onboarding and management PowerShell ServiceNow SQL/Oracle
Diploma in Computer Science or technical equivalent
35 years of technical work experience
Technical designations will be an asset (i.e. CISSP Security)
Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset
