Maintenance Assistant
If youre looking for a flexible exciting and varied role as part of a dynamic team then joining us at Godstone Farm could be for you!
We are recruiting for a real Jack or Jill of all trades to help us in the upkeep of our beautiful 45 acre childrens farm.
You will need to be versatile and selfmotivated with the experience to turn your hand to most things in order to carry out both planned and adhoc reactive repairs. The ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner while completing these duties is an absolute must.
We would be keen to talk to individuals with any availability whether it be full time or part time to include short days or a few days per week we really are flexible for the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general site maintenance including sweeping painting fencing mowing & strimming general decorating woodwork plus dealing with drains and basic plumbing issues.
- Completing regular safety checks including play equipment and vehicles.
- Undertaking deep cleaning when required including rubbish/waste removal.
- Working with contractors to complete projects.
Key Requirements
- A friendly personality is a must with a sense of fun and the ability to be selfmotivated while working along but easily fits into a team.
- Proven experience in a general maintenance or handyman/woman role can demonstrate high standards of work and the ability to offer creative solutions.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexible to work across a variety of days and hours to be mutually agreed.

Job type: Permanent Part Time with flexible hours to be mutually agreed. Will include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Salary: 9 12 per hour
