Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Individual contributor Senior React Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining complex web applications using Angular (Version 12 and above). You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product managers Product Owners Designers and Backend/Frontend developers to deliver highquality scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Angular and experience in developing largescale web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Build and maintain complex highperformance web applications using Angular (latest versions) with a focus on scalability security and performance. Design and Architecture: Collaborate with architects and team leads to design robust scalable solutions ensuring adherence to best practices code standards and responsive design principles. UI/UX Integration: Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces and experiences delivering intuitive highquality user interfaces. Component Development: Develop reusable components and modules contributing to a consistent maintainable and scalable codebase. Optimization and Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability and ensure crossbrowser compatibility. Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment participating in Iterations standups and retrospectives collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver product features and enhancements. Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests using tools like Karma or Jasmine ensure code quality and debug complex technical issues to ensure seamless functionality. API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between the frontend and backend services. Requirements: Experience: 5 years of experience in frontend development with at least 3 years of experience specifically working with Angular (Angular 12. Technical Skills: o Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript. o Solid experience with HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript. o Experience with state management libraries (e.g. NgRx RxJS). o Experience with RESTful API integration and realtime data handling o Proficiency in writing unit tests using Jasmine Karma or similar tools. o Familiarity with version control systems like Git. o Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and scalability. UI/UX Understanding: Strong understanding of responsive design UI/UX principles and crossbrowser compatibility. ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and a willingness to mentor junior developers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with serverside technologies (e.g. .net) is a plus. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS Azure) is a plus. Experience in e2e testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress Protractor). Experience in building 0 to 1 software and can manage various software versions. Should be able to pick up new tools/libraries and work quickly but not limited to this. Should be eager to learn and ramp up quickly. Should work independently and provide solution for UI issues.
