Job Description
Julian House is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. We run several projects and every year we help thousands of people out of homelessness into employment away from domestic abuse and more.
Job Role: eBay Assistant Bike Workshop
Hours: 18 hours per week
Location: Bath
The Role:As an eBay Assistant youll play a key role in our Bike Workshop by managing online sales. From uploading items to our eBay shop to packaging and posting them to customers youll help us maximize the impact of our new stock.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching photographing and uploading items (e.g. bike parts accessories) onto eBay.
- Writing clear engaging and accurate product descriptions.
- Monitoring eBay listings and responding to customer queries.
- Preparing sold items for posting including packaging and labelling.
- Assisting with stock organization and identifying items suitable for online sale.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms (eBay experience is a bonus!.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
