JBG SMITHs dynamic portfolio currently comprises 14.2 million square feet of highgrowth office multifamily and retail assets at share 99 of which are Metroserved. It also maintains a development pipeline encompassing 8.8 million square feet of mixeduse primarily multifamily development opportunities.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst in Asset Management will be responsible for preparing financial analysis and modeling that will assist the Asset Management team in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of each of the assets within its portfolio. In that capacity the Financial Analyst will interact with the investment development property management leasing and accounting teams as well as Senior Management at JBG SMITH.

The salary range for this position is $70000 to $80000 note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
