Responsibilities
Trains motivates and directs personnel. Ensures that work schedules are accurately completed in a timely manner. Assist Manager in maintaining a high quality standard of performance by relating the current condition of an assigned area.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
2. Ability to work without close supervision.
3. Ability to operate necessary equipment and machines.
4. One 1 year prior experience in Environmental Services and/or related service and/or advanced degree and/or one 1 year in general supervisory experience.
5. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
6. Ability to accept responsibility.
7. Ability to effectively coordinate and direct the activities of assigned personnel.
